In 2014, I almost "lost" my health. I was a District Manager running a start-up sales organization on it's way to 6 figures in its first 18 months. I had a sales force of 150 reps, a receptionist department of 3, and pulling 14 hour days in the office. I found myself having low energy, a low immune system, and low spirit. My business was growing but my overall health/wellness was declining.
My life changed once I started a nutrition program in Jan 2015 and made exponential growth sales-wise, recruiting wise, and in life overall. With my initial business background followed by my transition to being the #HealthIsWealthGuy, there's no one more suited than me to help you increase your bottom lines by first improving your lifeline!
After starting off 2013 homeless and starting a sales job that spring; I was promoted 5 times in 9 months. From an entry level sales rep within a District HQ to a District Manager opening my own HQ in an untapped territory.
After being surrounded by the top leaders in a $250 million dollar a year company; I had all of the skills I needed to run any company despite the industry or economic climate.
With a tool belt complete with skills & experience; I decided to step down as a district manager & go all-in with starting Health Is Wealth Nation to help professionals obtain the results I have.
My first results came 1 month after I started my nutrition program Jan 2015. I gained 10lbs of muscle while dropping 7% body fat. After growing up an athlete my entire life I finally knew EXACTLY what to do in order to get the results I wanted.
After finding powerlifting and loving the gainz I was making; I got carried away and begin to look like The black Kirby/Jiggly Puff! I wanted to trim down but I didn't want to lose all of the power and force I had so I made a focus on my body fat percentage instead of simply focusing on weightloss. I loss 30lbs of fat while keeping my muscle mass and power.
After years of being an athlete and relying on the gift of youth; I noticed that I was getting older and fitness wasn't the entire equation now. I mastered the 80% of the equation which is nutrition and was able to make precise changes to my body composition and overall wellness.
More and more I was making realizations about the effects nutrition has on my body composition. As a powerlifter; the back is important because it serves as a foundation in all 3 lifts(squat, bench, and deadlift). In this picture I weight the same and lift the same amount of weight but my results drastically changed due to my nutrition.
After learning exactly how to get results I was able to gain 20lbs of lean mass while keeping my body fat the same.
My latest result was another 10lbs gain made in a month. Didn't do anything drastic or extreme because I had a great foundation made nutrition wise. The top pictures show where I started and the bottom pictures show my results after one month. From now on there's no more "diet", "transformation", or "challenge". I'm just adjusting my lifestyle according to my goals/target.
In addition to having great success health-wise; I also had massive success business-wise. My overall wellness fueled my hustle and my book became a 2X best seller book on amazon and has impacted countless professionals on their path!
I became the leading authority in my space; especially in my area, and was asked to be on many podcasts and interviewed on many platforms. I was known as the #HealthIsWealthGuy and was top of mind when it came to health, wellness, and biz development.
I've even found myself consulting & advising businesses to help them grow their bottom lines by first focusing on their lifelines. From a start-up semi-pro football league to entrepreneurship conference, to my local YMCA.
